Compare · vs Neoclouds

Lower price. Real VPC. Inference, not just GPUs.

The neocloud category is real and useful. We compete in the same lane and try to win on three axes — absolute price, the breadth of the platform, and the depth of the runtime. Customer choice; we publish the differences honestly.

Where we win

Three differences that matter at scale.

Real VPC interconnect

Direct Connect / ExpressRoute / Cloud Interconnect peering into your existing AWS, Azure, or GCP VPC. Most neoclouds offer public-internet egress only, which is fine for batch but not for real-time inference.

Managed inference + research depth

Our inference product runs 20x faster than vLLM defaults because the runtime is built in our research lab. Most neoclouds rent the GPU and stop there.

Multi-vendor

NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel hardware in a single account, with the same training script running on all three. The vendor-neutral runtime is a research output, not a marketing checkbox.

Where they win

Two places another neocloud may be a better fit.

Specific regional capacity

If the workload requires capacity in a specific region we don't operate, the right answer is whichever neocloud has the GPUs there. We list our regions on the pricing page.

Existing reserved relationships

If you have a deep multi-year reserved relationship with another neocloud, the math gets close. We will write a quote that beats it on absolute price, but the differential is smaller than against pay-as-you-go.
