Go-to-market

Reserved Capacity Account Executive

Close multi-year reserved-capacity contracts with sophisticated buyers — AI labs, neocloud resellers, AI-native scale-ups, and Fortune 500 platform teams. You'll work alongside a customer engineer who owns the technical relationship; you own the commercial.

The team

About the team

GTM at iframe.ai is small and senior. Five sellers today, paired one-to-one with customer engineers. Lead flow is mostly inbound and outbound from the founder and from research-community channels. Cycle times are eight to fourteen weeks for a typical reserved deal.

Reports to the head of go-to-market. Paired one-to-one with a customer engineer.

The role

What you'll do

  • Own a portfolio of 8–15 active opportunities at any time. Typical deal size: $1M–$25M ACV, multi-year.

  • Drive opportunities from first call through legal. Common motions: reserved capacity for a known training run, a multi-region commit, or a hyperscaler-replacement migration.

  • Pair tightly with a customer engineer on each account. You scope the pilot together; CE owns the technical delivery; you own the contract.

  • Lead the negotiation on a real MSA, BAA, DPA, and Enterprise SLA without falling back to the founder. Legal is on call; founder is the escalation, not the default.

  • Own forecasting on your portfolio with a high standard for hygiene. Forecast is reviewed weekly.

  • Represent iframe.ai at one to two industry events per quarter, picked by you, with budget pre-approved.

The bar

What we're looking for

  • Seven-plus years closing technical infrastructure deals at $1M+ ACV. Cloud, GPU compute, networking, storage, or developer-platform sales count.

  • Track record of multi-million-dollar quarters with multi-year terms — bring numbers to the loop.

  • Real comfort sitting in a room with research engineers and platform principals. You can talk MFU, NCCL, and SLA, even if you can't write the kernel.

  • Strong written communicator. Most of your customer touches are async and on the record.

  • Calm, low-drama style. We are looking for a long tenure and we will tell you who else closed in your patch last year.

Bonus

Nice to have, not required

  • Prior GPU / AI infrastructure sales experience.

  • Existing relationships at AI labs, neoclouds, or large enterprise platform teams.

  • Experience selling alongside an embedded technical counterpart.

  • Background as a founder, technical IC, or customer engineer earlier in your career.

Compensation

In writing, like everything else

We publish bands. We meet them. The number you see on the offer is the same number your future peers got at the same level. We do not negotiate; we level.

Base

$200,000 base + variable. On-target earnings $400,000 – $550,000 USD (50/50 split).

Equity

Senior-IC equity grant, with full participation in the same refresh program as engineering.

Notes

No accelerators above 100% of plan in the first year; we'd rather pay base. Multi-year deals are paid out across years to align incentives with retention.
